We are pleased to share detailed information about the Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 and its co-located events, scheduled to be held from 3rd to 5th of November 2026 at Barcelona, Spain, along with the relevant participation opportunities and arrangements for Delegate Participation. 

The Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 is a leading global platform dedicated to the development of smarter, more sustainable and future-ready cities. The event brings together governments, policymakers, urban development authorities, city leaders, technology providers, industry experts, innovators, investors and other key stakeholders from across the world to exchange knowledge, explore emerging technologies, showcase innovative solutions and establish international collaborations. 

The event provides an extensive platform to explore developments across areas including smart cities, digital transformation, urban innovation, sustainable infrastructure, mobility, energy, enabling technologies, AI, cybersecurity and other emerging solutions relevant to the future of cities. 

The 2026 edition is being held alongside its co-located events, namely Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress, Tomorrow.Building World Congress, Tomorrow.Blue Economy World Congress, Barcelona Deep Tech Summit and Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress, providing participants with access to a wider ecosystem of sectors, technologies and international stakeholders.

The attached documents provide details regarding the delegate registration fee, land package charges, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation and other inclusions. Kindly note that the Land Package is on a land-only basis, and international airfare is not included. 

We are pleased to inform you that each Land Package includes one Full Congress Pass for Smart City Expo World Congress 2026, worth €995, providing access to both the Conference and the Exhibition. 

The Delegate Participation would provide representatives of BCS with an opportunity to attend the Conference and Exhibition, engage with international government and industry stakeholders, explore emerging technologies and solutions, and develop relevant B2B and B2G networking and collaboration opportunities.
