AKM Ahmedul Islam BABU is the Founder Managing Director and CEO of TechKnowGram Limited with extensive experience of over 25 years in BPO, outsourcing, the software industry, and the Japanese market. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in the ICT industry and has held crucial positions at various multinational companies, including NIIT, Metrocomia South Asia, BJIT, SeBPO, Divine IT, and AtomAP. Since 1998, Ahmedul BABU has been actively involved with the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS). Currently, he is serving as the Director of BASIS and Chairman of the BASIS Japan Desk. He is also the 1st Convener of 1st BASIS Japan Focus Group in 2016 and additionally now serving as Director-in-Charge of standing committees including International Market Development and Digital Education, and a member of BASIS e-GovHUB. Moreover, he serves as a Director of the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) and a member of the Bangladesh Japan Chamber of Commerce of Industries JBCCI, Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS), e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (eCAB), and a Life member of CTO Forum of Bangladesh.
